Your Rights– Supporting or Opposing Unions:

• You have the right to support or to oppose a union without retaliation from the company or the union
• You have the right to talk to coworkers about supporting the union or not supporting the union at any time
• You also have the right to campaign for or against a union by passing out informational flyers or other campaign materials during non-working times in non-working areas
• You have the right to refuse to talk to union organizers or to let them into your home
• You have the right to perform your job without being pressured to support or not support a union
• You have the right to file a grievance or civil suit against a labor union whose members attempt to bully and harass you at your workplace
• You have the right to seek return of or to revoke any union authorization forms or electronic authorizations you gave the union in the past
